About this project

As a new fintech platform, TailFin is automating overlooked payments

TailFin was founded to solve overlooked payments by turning refunds and small disbursements into secure, compliant digital workflows. Powered by intelligent technology and financial expertise, it helps enterprises eliminate friction, ensure compliance, and deliver trusted payout experiences.

Goals

Redesign the payee and the admin experience

With over 40,000 payments processed each month, this platform needed an intuitive experience for payees and the staff. Before moving into design, I have analized existing metrics and Hotjar heatmaps. After that, I built interactive prototypes in Figma and conducted usability interviews.
